"Not the worst product, but not the best. It does absorb some oil, but not enough, even after just one day old hair. Could have more volume at roots, but if you add too much product, it makes hair heavy/too textured, almost gummy and you lose the volume. Have tried many products and this one is just so-so. I was really hoping it would give good volume and have better oil absorption."
"Was not able to keep my fine hair grease free for more the 8 hours. Even though the product was supposed to be for “fine to medium hair” my hair was limp after about 2 hours and starting to show grease by the 12 hour mark. Everything else about it was nice but it’s not suited to my hair needs."
"I have long, fine, straight hair, and I use pretty much only innersense products at this point for the last year, but I put off trying this one because of the iffy reviews. I was wanting to get more volume in my hair recently, which is difficult when it’s fine, straight and oily. Dry shampoo can be a big help, but almost every dry shampoo dries out my hair and makes my scalp itch, so I decided, with the track record Innersense products have for me, I’d give their “dry” shampoo a try. This is definitely not a dry product, it’s more like a mousse. you definitely have to follow the instructions on how to use it properly, but when used properly, I love the results. It makes my scalp feel clean and adds a little volume without feeling like I have a ton of product in my hair, and I have noticed it’s soothing to my scalp instead of making it itchy, and it doesn’t dry out my hair as much as other dry shampoos. Also it doesn’t make my hair look powdery or leave a residue. You have to shake it very well before using, I end up using a little more than they recommend for sure, then you activate it by rubbing it in your hands, then I flip my head upside down and massage it all over my scalp, focusing on the more oily parts. Then I blow dry it upside down and brush it through. Sometimes I use it preventatively or just to give a little extra volume right after I washed my hair, and sometimes I’ll wait until day two and three to bring Life back into my roots. Overall, I really like this product, but there are a couple of issues that I would love the company to fix if they could. One, I don’t know why the bottle is so tiny! I don’t know if I’m going to be able to afford this one for long because the bottle size is more like a travel size but it’s at the price of a full-size product. Two, the pump of the product isn’t great, it kind of gets stuck, and you have to push it back up to get a full pump of product, also it leaks and makes a mess in the lid, and I don’t like to see any product getting lost, considering it is such a small, expensive bottle. Other than that, I would give this product five stars."

"I love Innersense products, but unfortunately this product missed the mark for me. It comes out as a wet foam and is supposed to dry into your hair like a dry shampoo. It seems to weigh my hair down and make it appear even more greasy. I don't get much volume from applying this. I've tried using less and don't see good results either. I just don't see how this is supposed to work as a dry shampoo. Unable to return it because I keep trying to make it work and it's been over a month. With that said I love everything else I've bought from this line and will continue to."
