"After Morrocco Method closed, my husband needed a new beard pomade and this is absolutely perfect! He actually likes it a lot more than the MM pomade and it doesn’t leave residue in his comb after a day or 2 like the way it was with the last one. He is half white and black and so his beard is course and curly and this holds his beard in place, provides a hold, and its nourishing!"
What am i doing wrong?
"I bought this after seeing an ad in which the hair model scrunched out their gel crunch with the pomade. In the video, the result was shiny, voluminous curls. I got the exact opposite result. The pomade seemed to add texture to my hair, so it took away any sleekness and shine with it. And the texture made it so that my curls were no longer soft and touchable. I couldn't even run my fingers through my hair with it, and i didn't even get any additional volume out of it. Lastly, and most importantly, i hate the smell. It just smells like straight castor oil with nothing to cut it or soften it. My hair holds smell so well, that i largely pick products that make it smell good. Still, I plan on using the rest to rub into my scalp before a wash day. It does wash out easily, to its credit. I think this product would be great for someone with short hair using it to do a slick back (who doesn't mind the smell). But for scrunching out crunch and getting volume? I would say pass."

"Love this new product for my fine, low density curls! Adds incredible shine and helps my curls last in high humidity when paired with a gel. As with all the Innersense products (yes, I think I've purchased every product), a little goes a long way!"

"This new pomade is amazing - tames the frizz I experience and also creates strong slick back, which I love! If I am looking for extra root volume, I have used a bit there and does the trick! Caution -- don't use too much. A lille goes a long way here."

"I tried this on my short pixie cut and not a fan of the shine (I didn’t realize thibeofre buying) and it doesn’t seem to have the hold I wanted. I washed my hair again and went back to my Innerpeace…it seems to hold better."
