"This holds the shape of my medium curl, non-coarse hair. But when dry looks wet and to the touch, my hair is left crunchy stiff and not soft and natural. The motion of gliding my hair between my palms after the product and hair dries, somewhat elevates this and makes it feel a little more natural and less stiff and crunchy."
