"Been using the serum for over and year and still love it so much! A little goes a long way. Just a few drops in the ends of my long straight hair and they look glossy and healthy and smells yummy but not too strong. I had ordered several items and one came open during shipping. I lost 1/3 of a 32oz bottle. Asked them for a 10oz to replace what was lost. They sent me a new 32oz bottle. Gave me a 6 week allergic reaction
"I use innersense hair products and I love them! But not this product. I have a sesame oil allergy, and yes I will absolutely be making sure I check all ingredients in hair products moving forward. But I never thought to check hair products for sesame oil before. Sesame is recognized as the 9th major food allergen effective January 1, 2023. So I wouldn't think to find it in a product. I used this and the leave in conditioner ONE TIME. I immediately got hives on my neck. This signaled a contact dermatitis reaction that lasted 6 weeks and my immunologist said will be a full recovery in 2-3 months for my skin barrier to heal. The hives flared down after 2 1/2 weeks, but then my eyelids swelled for 2 weeks. Every morning I woke up like I got stung by bees, and they burned and itched so badly. I had to go get topical steroid creams, miss work, go one medication and stop lifting weights, and cut all high histamine foods out to get my system to calm down. I still love innersense products. I will still use them. But I don't recommend having a high allergen in a product that for some, could be anaphalatic ( my lips swelled slightly, but i had meds to help thankfully). I know sesame is a cheaper material to get. . . . but really has affected my life and could be dangerous for others. I'm getting married in September and thank goodness it happened far enough out for me to heal. I was just trying to strengthen and protect my hair lol. . . ."

"Appreciate the fact that the product does not have silicons and parabens. The smell is light and nice, I don’t like very strong and scented. Have fine hair so use a small amount, but like the result so far, just started using. Not too frizzy and does not weigh hair down."
