"I have purchased multiple 10oz bottles of this gel! I think is a great gel! It has a cast but is easy to break & leave the hair feeling great! I bought the big 32 oz tub about a year ago, I like to buy hair products when they are on sale. So I did that & I realized the pump is not working :(. I email innersense email (2x) no response. With such a big bottle it sucks w/out the pump! I wish I would of kept my empty bottles 😩"

"The old formula was fantastic and truly did create a hold/cast on my hair that I could break once dry and kept my curls hydrated and bouncy. The new formula is horrible. It's not longer sticky when I apply it into my hand to apply to my hair, and does nothing as far as creating hold anymore. I hate how this leaves my hair, it makes my hair look horrible and frizzy. Please bring back the old formula. I'm going to have to purchase an actual hold gel from a different company until then."

"I have thick, course, frizzy hair and I use way more of this gel than recommended. I love my soft curl results when I break the cast. I like that there are refills for this. It does however make me wish there were refills for my favorite product, the I Create Definition foam."

"Product line has a great range but doesn't work for multi-texture hair. Parts of my hair felt greasy and weighed down while other parts felt like nothing was on them. The miracle part of my hair that these products worked for was incredible tho! Just didn't work for me overall. I still think the brand and the products are great overall and have a good range, just didn't work for me. (For context I have areas of different types of hair on my head but this wasn't a distribution issue, I run into this problem a lot so its very much a YMMV thing. )"
