Directions for Use

The container leaks

"I actually love this product for my fine graying curly hair, but if the container should be accidentally tips over so that it's on its side, it leaks. I've complained to the company twice over the years. But yesterday, I found it on its side and once again it had leaked. We can't always keep our products upright. It would actually be nice if they could occasionally be left on their side due to storage issues. And traveling is an issue because you never know how your luggage is going to end up in a holding bin. The product may end up being on its side even though you packed it so it would be upright. As I said, I've complained. And obviously, fixing a defective container isn't a priority."

Take a Chance on These Products

"I was nervous about spending this much on hair products after years of only using cheaper drug store products. My hair stylist even told me that you often need to use less of these products so the overall costs could even out and boy. . . was she right. I truly wish I listened sooner because these products are a game changer for me and allow my hair to look great even if I'm lazy with my wash routine, aka not always blow drying my hair. I use the I create volume gel while in the shower, after detangling my hair. I only use about a dime amount and run in through my hair. Then I pair it with the I Create Definition foam. It works really well for my fine, curly (2c/3a) hair! I've never been happier with these products and only have to buy the foam twice a year and the gel maybe once a year. It's worth the investment for how I feel with my hair now! To anyone considering this, take the leap! These are strong products that will last awhile and only require you to use a little bit with each wash! They're definitely worth the money."

Again so far this creates

"Again so far this creates nothing. I've experimented with different amounts including the recommended amount and as with the other products I've tried my hair is left feeling dryer and and brittle. But as with the other products im giving it until I finish the bottle to decide if I'll be reordering."

"I do like your products but I'm not crazy about the process of applying them to my hair. Before I bought your products I watched Voss the Boss videos and the application process is time consuming and stressful. It has made me hate to wash my hair. My results are ok most of the time, but there are too many products to choose from and it's stressful to choose which will provide the best results for me. I recognize this is not the fault of the product, but I need simple. It takes me forever to get my hair dry enough to say that's enough and let it air dry the rest of the way. I'm working on the right process for me, if that makes sense. The jury is still out."

"Nothing defines my curls quite like this product and I’m obsessed with it, but the packaging fails right away. I’ve had two bottles and within a week the pump has leaked, clogged up, and stopped foaming. I just use the liquid from the bottle but it’s a pain."
