Hello Beautiful

Special Handling Required: Caring For Your Privacy

There is a lot of chat in the news about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the European Union. This new legislation takes extra steps to ensure your data is safe and handled with the utmost care. As business owners, it’s an area we value just like you, and we want to be transparent (just like we are by listing all the ingredients on our product labels!)

Because you and your data are important, we have taken those extra steps. We have updated our privacy policy to reinforce our commitment to you, your privacy and the security of your user data. These revisions provide additional understanding about your privacy choices with Innersense Organic Beauty, including data collection and storage.

Plus, you have extra peace of mind knowing we have appointed Joanne as our Innersense Organic Beauty Data Protection Officer, who can be reached at info@innersensebeauty.com.

These new changes go into effect starting May 25, 2018 and you can find our new policy here.

Because you may have some additional questions, scroll down for more details about GDPR and Innersense Organic Beauty.

We hope our new Privacy Policy makes you feel safe to visit and shop at Innersensebeauty.com. Thank you for being a valued member of our community.

In gratitude, Greg and Joanne Starkman, Innersense Organic Beauty Founders

Innersense Organic Beauty and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We have a conscious business and this approach applies to privacy and security as part of our business foundation.  To safeguard your information and data, we employ effective systems in place. We’ve proactively implemented a new individual privacy policy and terms of use, which comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union.

What is GDPR?
The new GDPR officially takes effect on May 25, 2018. For European visitors and consumers, this new legislation outlines data privacy rights and provides you with options. For companies like Innersense Organic Beauty which handles data of those visitors in the European Union, this new legislation has new requirements companies must adhere to while also providing rights that European individuals can exercise with such companies. If you’d like to read more about GDPR, find the official GDPR regulations on the European Union’s website here.
