Directions for Use

In the shower, take a deep breath and become present. Apply Inner Glow Body Scrub generously to wet skin and massage in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly. Use weekly or as needed.
Follow with a small amount of Awaken Body Wash on hands or a loofah. Apply to skin and work into a rich lather. Rinse clean.
After showering or on days when your skin needs added moisture, apply Renew Body Lotion generously all over and massage until absorbed.
