"I wanted to share my experience as a new customer. I also want to mention that I don’t typically write negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this feedback. This was my first time ordering your products, after a friend recommended them to me. She had purchased through Amazon, but I chose to order directly from your website because of a promotion. While placing my order, I used a coupon code. However, it was not clearly stated that using a coupon would exclude me from receiving the free promotional product. Although I didn’t necessarily need the free item, the lack of clarity was disappointing. What concerned me more was the customer service experience. I sent a few polite emails simply asking for clarification, but I only received one response, which came across as dismissive and unhelpful. This left me feeling ignored as a new customer. Overall, this experience was disappointing. Even if I end up liking the products, the poor customer service makes me hesitant to continue using or ordering from your brand. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer support for future customers. Thank you."
