The curl cream is lovely to reduce fruzz, but apparently lessens the strength of the I Create Hold gel. I dont get one full day of hold with this combination. I've used the curl cream solo in the past just to have easy light waves but no frizz, without scrunching any curl, and I like it for that. I wanted a daily shampoo and conditioner that was just normal, not overly moisturizing. I got Pure Harmony and Pure Inspiration. Obviously I chose wrong because they make my hair feel weak, dry, and fragile. I read through the product details many times, used the Innersense quiz several times, but still struggled to choose the right products. I just dont think these are helping my hair at all."
"I have used Innersense off and on for 2-3 years now. I always think I want to use the brand and be a fan of it, because I see some of the curly hair specialist influencers using it and advertising it a lot. However, the truth is I don’t love it. I have 2B-3B shoulder length hair. I stopped dying my hair over 3 years ago and have been on a healthy hair journey ever since. GLP1’s, perimenopause, and just life in general have done a number on my hair. Innersense causes my hair to be more dry and honestly needs to be washed everyday to keep down on the frizz. I just feel like for the money, there are a lot better curly hair products out there. I’ve also learned that when an influencer pushes one brand very heavily, it’s because they are making a pretty good profit off of it, not because it’s necessarily a good product. I’m completely disappointed with myself for following for the Innersense 20% sale and now have to figure out what to do with all these products I bought."
